How to use

  1. Prepare Windows 10 OS and Visual Studio 2017 or higher.
  2. Download App Source from Github.
  3. Open downloaded source from Visual Studio.
  4. Source build and create executable file.
  5. Run 'Path annotator.exe'
  6. Click 'Open' button to open the pathology image format.
  7. Perform Labeling.
  8. Save Labeling file to XML.
