Installing LabOne inside a docker container does not work straight forwardly. Trying running the install.sh script form the LabOneLinux64-23.02.42414 package inside a python:3.11-slim-bullseye docker container (when building the container) results in an "License agreement not accepted" message. I did not find a suitable method to feed the inputs into the whiptail ui.
Describe the solution you'd like
Feeding the required inputs into the installer by means of arguments.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Simulating the user inputs might break with updates of the installer.
And so would patching the install.sh.

I am sorry for the late response. We somehow overlooked this issue completely.
The good thing is that we now have official docker images available. So maybe you can reuse them instead of trying to install them in a blank Python docker image.
