Unable to reproduce poster

Hi,

Thank you for making your great poster available here.

I am struggling to recreate your poster. In particular: the main title font and the emphasis text styling.

Would you be able to suggest why running your template is not working on my end? For example, how did you get emphasised text to just be coloured, and not highlighted? I can't see anything to affect this in index.Rmd.
