Implement --send-full and --send-incr options

Any idea when this might possibly be available? Would be nice to automate this side of it so that people can store auto-snapshots on alternative media/locations.

implemented in branch zevo. it is port to mac and zevo zfs. with two changes should run again on linux, but needs to be tested.

I'm running it (with send options) on macos sending to linux ubuntu. on the linux box itself it's the zevo version, but without --send.

wait until Darik loads the latest commit. I sent to him yesterday. It detects darwin/linux automatically on both sides (if using --send to another system)

comm: you can download zevo branch (bash) or if you look into my repository you will find master. code base is the same, but is posix directly merge-able to Darik's master.
