Rapid capitalization of names

Names, when entered by members, come into Zetkin in all kinds of variations, like "Richard", "RICHARD" and "richard". The capitalized version is most often the desired one. To speed up the "cleaning" of lists from this type of issues, we could add a button to the EditPersonPane to rapidly convert the name as it stands to the capitalized version. Either save directly, or just change the value in the input, and let user confirm visually before manually saving.
