Check these changes and apply to both e2e tests broadcasts and zetaclient https://github.com/zeta-chain/node/compare/release/v24...e2e-deposit-spl-mainnet?expand=1

set cp limit and price
manual simulation and set skipPreflight to true
potentially manual retry and set maxRetries to 0
