In case if using --zvm-image option for both modes wo, ro for one zvsh session then we are facing with undefined zerovm behavior:
zerovm/zerovm#273

Idea for workaround it's may be better to create manifest file with only one channel instead of two channels mapped into single file.

use image path only once in manifest file

image path for each image should appear only once in the manifest file
even if `zvsh` was provided with multiple `--zvm-image=` options for the same file
fixes issue zerovm#50
