Compiling for Universal App 10.0.15036.0 or newer fails

When compiling for Universal App I get a new error, when working with the libzmq master branch:
missing type specifier in netioapi.h line 168 and 169.

This error only occurs since 10.0.15036.0 (not with 10.0.14393.0)

After further investigation, the issue comes because netioapi.h is included on ip_resolver.cpp.
This file should never be included directly. The correct file to include is iphlpapi.h which is already present, so that line can be safely removed to fix the issue.
