I think Arc calls it Tiny Arc or Blank Window |

I agree that would be a super useful feature especially for multiscreen users, like myself. |

Some of my essential tabs are very heavyweight in RAM consumption (eg slack, gmail). Having them in a second window makes it easy to accidentally click them out of habit and then load a second copy doubling the ram consumption. Either it should be possible for the second window to not have them or (far cooler) to let all windows "share" a single instance of each essential and/or pinned tab and implicitly move it between windows when clicked on. Even if the tab could only be shown in one window at a time, that still seems ideal. It could just switch to a different (possibly blank) tab on the donor window. |

Another argument, is that as the new window carries around the essentials in the second window I got my windows mixed multiple times and accidentally closed the main window when I was done, that made me have to reload all my tabs, which is annoying. Right now, I'm using another browser when I want to multi-window to avoid issues, but that is not practical as well, because you have to reopen pages instead of just moving a tab around. |

When opening a new window, I want to have an empty window and the tabs I want in that window, but I don't want my pinned tabs or essentials there.
