建议新增RSS的漏洞推送，
例如
1.k8s官方的RSS

2.高危漏洞的CVE推送

3.最新的CVE推送

这里面感觉只有 k8s 那个好一些，其它的漏洞太多了，不想每天被漏洞刷屏。如果有需要可以自行添加，可以参考 grab 目录下的实现，加一个抓取逻辑即可。

k8s 这个空了我看下再决定要不要加
