Line duplication on ENTER

Environment

Zed 1.15.0
Lua 0.1.10
Lua Language Server 3.19.1
Windows 11

Issue

1. open a lua file
2. put the cursor at the beginning of a code line
3. press ENTER several times quickly
4. the current line is intermittently duplicated
5. disable lua-language-server
6. press ENTER several times quickly
7. everything works as expected

This issue is intermittent, so it may take multiple attempts to reproduce.

Test

vim.opt.shiftwidth = 4
vim.opt.softtabstop = 4
vim.opt.tabstop = 4

This is the neovim init.lua I used to test the issue.

Workaround

With lua-language-server disabled, I can no longer reproduce the line duplication.
