Add Kepler.gl Maps Component

https://kepler.gl/ is a powerful geospatial data explorer.

Jupyter bindings exist already. It could be a leap to integrate the reactive components into nicegui.

Here is the HTML export, which can be served via Flask. Maybe it's not such a leap after all.

Hi @miili,

This looks interesting. I wonder how to use it without React, but with plain JavaScript. This would be the starting point for a NiceGUI integration.

Apart from that, it might be worth creating a separate project and repository for something like ui.kepler, depending on its complexity and number of dependencies. But I'm not sure yet.
