Set iframe url state in url

Currently on reload the iframe is reloaded from the value in local storage

This can be a problem when working on multiple frames (in different browser tabs). When vite decides to reload the main page, the url can change

Would be useful to additionally set the iframe url as a query parameter to avoid this. The query param value would have precedence over the local storage value
