Feature request: temporary public storage

Lighthouse CI allows for uploading reports to a temporary public storage.

It'd be great to have a link to those reports (best here?), so we can see not only the scores, but full reports with their recommendations/diagnostics for improving our sites.

Thanks for such a great tool!

Separate question: since our own instances of Speedlify are not forks of the original repo, is there a way to keep our instances in sync with yours, in case there are updates?
