"Failed to write setting" on boot

I have this app installed following the instructions provided here, and yet I still see this error on every boot.

I have been hacked and when I do a system reboot it still does same things. ( They have changed commands in firmware as well as to my system) This how they gain access to your accounts and system. After months of hard research, and whole lot of probably a little irritability to your staff. Im pretty sure I'm hitting nail on head. So what I guess I'm asking please help, I have ADHD. And this programming shit is for all of you. It's a lot of mumbo jumbo that really gives me bad headaches. I do appreciate y'all more than y'all know.
