Integration of Zabbix with Azure Monitor for IBM i and AIX on Skytap

Hello Zabbix Community,

We are using Zabbix as our global monitoring solution, focusing primarily on AIX and IBM i systems. These systems are hosted on Skytap on Azure. We are interested in understanding if it’s feasible to integrate Zabbix with Azure Monitor Agent to enhance our monitoring capabilities.

Specifically, we want to know:

Integration Feasibility: Can Zabbix integrate with Azure Monitor Agent and transmit data via HTTPS/REST streaming logs? We are particularly interested in real-time metric and event streaming, where we export JSON files from Zabbix to Azure Monitor Agent.

Compatibility: Given that we are using the Zabbix agent emulator for IBM i and the native Zabbix agent for AIX, would this integration scenario work effectively within our environment?

Any guidance, documentation, or examples from those who have implemented similar setups would be greatly appreciated.
