Community Template IPMI HP DL360p Gen8 - invalid fan speed value

On my zabbix server I have strange readings from HP DL360p G8

I always have a value of 1% at the fan speed

ipmitool shows the correct values

ipmitool -H 10.200.1.201 -I lanplus -U zabbixipmi -P sdr | grep Fan

but in zabbix:

zabbix_server (Zabbix) 5.4.3 (Debian 10)
zabbix_proxy (Zabbix) 5.4.1 (Centos 8)

Tested with and without a proxy.
