Checklist

  • I made sure that there are no existing issues - open or closed - which I could contribute my information to.
  • I have read the FAQ and my problem isn't listed.
  • I have taken the time to fill in all the required details. I understand that the bug report will be dismissed otherwise.
  • This issue contains only one bug.

Affected version

24.69

Device Type

Smart TV/Box

Affected Android

Fire TV OS 7.6.7.3

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Go to settings
  2. go to user interface
  3. Go to channels section sorting
  4. click on “alphabetically” button
  5. Exit app
  6. Reopen app
  7. click on channels
The channels are not sorted. As a matter of fact, I cannot figure out how they are sorted. The list seems random.

Actual behavior

Sorting channels does not work. See the list of steps above. Once the radio button next to alphabetically is clicked, I left the app and reopened it, and the channels did not sort alphabetically.
