Description

Currently, all DB-clone related unit tests are disabled in sanitizers. This is because ysql_dump has memory issues inherited from pg_dump. Therefore, clone tests are failing as they are using ysql_dump under the hood.
This issue #26547 is used to track fixing the use after free bug in ysql_dump. Once fixed, we should enable all clone related tests in sanitizers.
