How to solve this problem

ERROR: cannot launch node of type [segnet_ros/segnet_action_server]: Cannot locate node of type [segnet_action_server] in package [segnet_ros]. Make sure file exists in package path and permission is set to executable (chmod +x)

如果编译的时候出现这样的错误怎么解决？
CMake Error at /home/zjj/caffe/build/CaffeConfig.cmake:45 (include):
include could not find load file:

/home/zjj/caffe/build/CaffeTargets.cmake
