Not working on macOS 10.13

Hello, I can't make my PC-300 play sounds on macOS 10.13.
My mac retired long time ago, it's late 2008 pro model. I downloaded Xcode and complied your project. Nothing's working. No device in audio-midi settings, also Garage band sees nothing.
Can you advice me something (except buying newer devices, heh)
Alternatively, it works perfectly via Virtual Box's Windows XP.
