Tests version_test() fail on the latest release #158

Tests version_test() in src/distribution/version.rs, src/image/version.rs, and src/runtime/version.rs fail on v0.6.4 due to VERSION_DEV being set to empty but the tests expecting it to still be "-dev".

I suggest creating a v0.6.5 release that fixes this issue so that pipelines packaging this crate for e.g. Fedora continue to work.
