Google Spread Sheetのカラム仕様再検討

登録システム側問題

LINE登録　　位置情報は位置情報レコードにしかつかない。位置情報がついていないレコードを位置情報レコードにリンクして運用

reportpost 登録　すべてのレコードに位置情報がつく。同じ場所で同一時刻の投稿でも複数投稿があれば同一位置情報つきレコードが複数できる

Google Spread Sheetに投稿システムの種別を示すカラムを追加する。　LINE　または　REPORTPOST　と記入

CONFIGページにデータシステムのバージョンをいれる。　
REPORTPOSTのデータがはいる場合はV2.0とする
バージョン番号が無い場合はLINEのみとみなす

データ利用システム側でバージョン番号を見て利用方法を判断する。
データを成形して返すAPIも用意する
