[Request] Multiple nodes specified in Settings

It will be great, if we can have multiple nodes specified in the config file.
This will ensure, the connection will automatic failover to next node in the config file, if first cockroachdb node doesn't respond in time or went down.

@fresent I'm not sure what you mean. Could you break it down more with a complete scenario of how it's configured now and how you'd like to see it configured?
