内置的语言包下载器里面提供的语言包仅简体中文就有几十个，肥肠方便。

是的，一直就有。但那个依赖谷歌的服务，国内非翻墙无法正常访问。
也想借Git征集些改进建议，然而并没有人关注的样子…
