Warning: "Failure to converge" error occurring when running pyAFQ #1164

As I begin to run pyAFQ, I receive the message:

"UserWarning: maximum number of iterations exceeded - failed to converge"

I have tested this with different data sets, and on different devices, and I still am seeing this error as I begin to run the AFQ package every time.
