For some rare case, following error will be threw:

gsl: fsolver.c:126: ERROR: endpoints do not enclose a minimum
Default GSL error handler invoked

Currently, I added another checking procedure to ensure the default GSL error handler (of above kind) will not invoked. The extra procedure will output logs to make sure we can still know when this will happen.
