Why no verbose log for the install command?

Hello there, hope everything is fine

I can remember that we had verbose log for the yarn install command in yarn classic, which gave us complete information in each step of the installation process.
As an example, I want to know what registry is being used in the fetch step (mostly in the CI), but no information is shown about it.

I think the implementation is also straightforward and easy, also wonder why this flag is not present in the berry version!
