Topbar issue on Microsoft Surface

I have some issue with angular-foundation and Microsoft Surface tablet.

Everything works as expected on desktop browsers (newest Chrome, FF, IE) and apple mobile devices.
But on Surface (with IE 11.0.9600.17031), when I click on "First link in dropdown >>", menu hides and I'm not able to choose "one", "two", "three".
Do you have any idea how to manage this issue?
