My sleep patterns are strange. When I work on some problem like #73 I can sleep a few hours then work a half a hour then sleep again, then again try to work with fresh ideas. When I wake up it is usually some dream and an exciting one for sure. Right now it was a city travel, where I lost my notebook in public transport twice, the first time I managed to get back one station and retrieve it, the second time it moved with my friends after we've jumped off the bus and then rethought and I couldn't jump back in. I shouted to them to retrieve my notebook and then felt a little disappointment, like I always feel when there is a failure. In that state I usually upset (and probably enjoy sweet melancholy) about how miserable I am, so the idea to call them and explain in details when to look for didn't came into my mind. I was getting back one the station and I spotted blonde in a blue Bettle hammering into the house door and with laugh, hiding behind the door after is let the car inside. Then the same blonde appeared in the road ahead of me going to do the same trick, but this time the car had outer part removed and I've noticed that the girl wears blue jeans work suit. I was so amazed so she said kind of playfully that they are twins. And I proceeded after them. Inside there was a big open doors area with tables and roofs and people eating, and beyond it rooms of some factories, with car service as I thought. I entered and noticed some tall people there sneaking around, busy doing some jobs. I was surprszed and amused again. I noted the blondie girl, who turned out to have more brown hair this time and asked her if she is higher than me too like everybody else here, and she told me looking in the eyes than probably not, and we moved a little bit close to each other to compare silently. Then I turned around, passed into the room I just came it, and there were people arranging for some kind of gymnastics exercise, I though that it must be probably one of the examples of weird corporate sect culture. But I liked people - they were relaxed, smiled, a whole bunch of folks from different countries. They were not as high as guys before. Then some Mexican guy took a mic and the room was filled with some good relaxing dance/trance music. Oh, that was rad. Some people were passing by, but most were dancing and enjoying the daybreak party. Still I moved out like if somebody was waiting for me outside in the are open area, at the table just near the entrance to the whole factory space. There was a friend of mine Sasha Chekan, who asked me to choose color, and that his children are always ask him to choose his color. I saw three colored figurines wrapped in plastic - bleak orange, yellow and white. My friend builds companies, and I thought why people in companies need to choose colors? What color should I take. I liked the palette, but thought about alternative colors. Blue like "Google-neutral", or green.. It may look good to stand out, but is it how people would like to see me? They probably want to see me colored in specific color that matches the problem they want to solve. But I don't want to be specific color always, if I dealt with specific problems long enough, my shade will change towards different colors, different activities and problems. We could choose the current colors before negotiation. I imagined a field with plant lines bleakly colored orange going across toward the horizon. More orange at the left near center, and moving to different colors towards the right. The perspective made left lines bigger. I clicked the big orange line and it went gone, then somebody else clicked the orange line near this. I felt great, like now I can move to a different color, like blue.

Then I woke up. My first thought was "wow, that's exiting". People can have colors and can change them during the dayto avoid burn out in one side of spectrum. This sounded like one great idea worth sharing, or at least recording. Because it is so hard and long to type text like this, and read it. But then podcast needs to be hosted, and if it is free hosting, it has increased risk to be gone, so it is nice to have this feeling that if it was paid once to store the content, it will stay forever, and then new thoughts appeared - which records are better, how to range them, how this should work on the blockchain, and I stopped at that I won't record anything today if I start to solve this problem. Let me just dream about how would people could vote for the content their listen to let the platform decide what should be paid for, so you don't have to buy tokens directly. And I though that if every byte is paid, it neds to be transparent and visible right in real-time, when it is recorded and stored, the cost is immediately visible without lag, byte to byte, second to second, token to token. Visible on the screen, announced in the podcast. Perfect sync, and maybe even some precalculation to make sure your WinAmp viz syncs perfectly. FinOps must be doing this, but corporates in that space are so boring - they don't even know how to choose colors.
