Many if not all startups are wasting precious resources on things that do not build up their core business value, i.e. on infrastructure. The solution to that stuff is to outsource/outstaff the activities. share expertise across enterprises (without vendor lock-in) and invest smart money into open source issues that steal people time - simplify, better explain, be obvious and transparent. The returns are saved people time, reputation, and more things delivered with better quality. Potentially saving the world in a peaceful way (postcyberpunk protopia).

YSI should train radical transparency. Everybody speaks about it, but it is fearful to go this route. Analyze, work about it and go.

  • Transparency means trust.

YSI plan should be repeatable. Every step documented. If there is a burnout - reflect, analyze and go.

Best co-creation and co-evolution practices to align people invented. Bunch of transparent freelancers is better than perceived contract slavery.

  • We need more souls. If slavery is a choice, ticket #666 is to collect them. Only the best, crystal clear souls are the goal. And somebody needs to raise them. (HR Agency).
  • YSI people are defined by their actions.

Beauty is important. Information delivered in reusable joyful packages is spread much better than a lots of text. Sustain that.

  • If nothing help, use default visualizers that work with any data - boxes. Interactive tutorial / bootstrap on boxes.

Count sustenance generators. Visualize, make sustenance gameplay accessible to people.

  • Help people. Open a generator. Make it visualized. See qualities. Arrange.

Don't leave anyone behind.
