I'd love to be able to set notes next to exclusions, which would make it easier to remember why some rules were set.
A practical example:
Sometimes it's not easy to create exclusion rules from the “Exclusions” screen, so I create them from the “Events” screen.
But the resulting rule in the “Exclusion” screen can then be extremely difficult to understand when going back to the site some time later:

In the screenshot, the Author or Role column is blank, Context column is “Settings” (but that's not the global WordPress settings, it's another menu entry with the same label added by a plugin), Action column is “Update” and IP Address column is blank
This is a real rule I use on a website I manage, but as you can see it's not very readable. I have to rely entirely on memory to know why I added it.
Adding an optional “Notes” field next to each rule would fix that.
