error when running jupyter notebook file in directory examples/03_checkerboard_2d

Thanks for resolving issue about error arising when running shell script in directory examples/03_checkerboard_2d.
Now everything works well, except when executing the Jupyter Notebook in same directory, especially in the 3rd cell reading files with h5py.
It seems like the name and number of variables written in the Notebook do not match with that in the actual file.
Again, it would be greatly appreciated if you can give me any suggestion.
