Would you be open for a pull request, or are you already working on this? And if so, do you already have an idea where the button for switching languages should be located?

I'm open for PRs anytime, feel free to suggest a layout! I think it would be nice if it defaulted to the language of the browser but I'm sure you though of that already

I created a PR #7 with two pages in German and English. The only thing I did not yet translate is the list of countries. Also there was a problem with the bold font, which does not support umlauts. Therefore I had to put "Aktiv werden, jetzt!" instead of "Wir müssen handeln!". There now is a button for switching the language in the top menu. And the automatic language switching uses a JavaScript redirect on first visit (cookie used to find whether it's a first).
