Show item chances for stacks of Shipping Request Form

As the title says. It'd be nice if it showed you the chances for each rarity item with multiple stacks, so if you have 5 it'd show 39%/49%/12%. You can even find the math for it in the wiki. Currently it only shows the base chance 79%/20%/1% no matter how many stacks you have.
