git bash use conda env, UnicodeEnocdeError, gbk can not encode character \u279c #13

由于在 git-prompt.sh 中右箭头的 unicode 编码是 \u279c，而 windows 上使用的是 gbk 方式进行编解码，所以导致在 git bash 中激活 conda 虚拟环境时报错，目前我的做法是替换掉 git-prompt.sh 文件中的右箭头，如果有更好的做法欢迎讨论
