Push / store XH docker images on docker hub #4

We currently push our Docker base images to our nexus repo. These don't contain anything sensitive or anything in general we need to manage through a private repo.

Look at storing and fetching from Docker hub instead to avoid a dependency on our Nexus. Anselm has setup an XH org already.
