Inverted triggers in Gears of War 3

Describe what should happen

when entering the game gears of war 3, or at least in my case the LB/LT and RB/RT triggers are reversed and I changed the controls of xenia, of the PC with different programs, maybe if it is the xenia or the game that has that predefined configuration, I don't know
