Language no All English

I'm liking what I see so far, however it's not all English. This is using Joplin on Manjaro Linux

When selecting either Add Link, or Image, or Note all writings within those options are not English, though in Preferences I have selected English.
I'm not even sure if the inserts even work because the only button that works is Orange colour which I suspect is Cancel
