Add MODES - Object Quality System support.

Describe the solution you'd like
Maintainability, Operation, Design, Extensibility, and Security fields with mods that can be applied to rolls.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Haven't really considered any.

I've finally looked at a copy of the source document. I think it is OK, but I am uncertain if adding it to Twodsix is allowed. Would you please make a request on the DriveThru page for MODES product for permission? That would help to clarify whether we can add this to the system. Thanks.

Ahh...yeah. Would you please make a request on the DriveThru page for MODES - asking for permission? I think that would probably be the best way to proceed. Thanks and sorry it has taken so long to get to this one.
