Error of conflicting dependencies

Hello, when I try to install the required packages: "pip install -e .", it gives me the following error of conflicting dependencies. Kindly help me solve this issue:

ERROR: Cannot install viraal and viraal==0.2.0 because these package versions have conflicting dependencies.
The conflict is caused by:
viraal 0.2.0 depends on torch==1.2
allennlp 0.9.0 depends on torch>=1.2.0
torchvision 0.4.2 depends on torch==1.3.1
To fix this you could try to:

1. loosen the range of package versions you've specified
2. remove package versions to allow pip attempt to solve the dependency conflict
