Adding coding style & doc style check to xsconsole #5

Hello!

I was wondering how you'd feel about adding pycodestyle & pydocstyle checks to xsconsole.
I've noticed many different convetions in the current code and it's sometimes hard to read when switching between files, some files use space, other tab and there's no trailing etc...
