UX: Show a message with some graphic if empty search results

Currently, if no icons are found from search, it is just blank with no message/feedback to the users. So let's add some beautiful UI element with a message to show the empty search results state with maybe a Call-To-Action for creating a issue or contributing to add the missing icons that they were looking for.

Message Description: Looks like we don't have the icons you're looking for. You can create an issue to notify the developers or contribute one yourself.
