For the most part, the files are a one for one match, however obviously the filesize and name of the files are not needed as they are in the DGO and CGO files, as they are already seperated.
But some of the final data that usually ends up being several '.words' that is seen at the bottom of the files from the PS2 disassembly of the CGO and DGO files is not present in these pre-seperated files.
Perhaps these pieces of information were instead for linking the files together or something of that sort? But very likely that I am wrong, workarounds had to be implemented to avoid exceptions at the final object when disassembling in 9e352e4
