Replace `minimatch` with `picomatch`

Tinyglob already relies on picomatch, so it makes sense to replace minimatch with it. Picomatch has zero deps.

For sure! LMK if you run into any issues. I'm not sure how compatible these two packages are, but if tests pass after your changes, it's good to go!
