Do you change your default output device when switching from the soundbar to another soundcard or do you manually select where each app is supposed to go? If you do manual selection you will have to enable manual mode in EasyEffects. But if you just change the system default output device the easy solution in EasyEffects 8.0 is setting a fallback autoload preset to the ones you do not want effects. In this case it would be preset file that has no filters. |

It depends, if I want all my sound to go through my headset I pick my headset. If I only want one app then I specifically pick that app. I will try your suggestions.

I tried the fallback method. It mostly works now. The only issue is that the enable tickbox gets unticked the first time I try to manually change an apps output and I need to do this a second before it switches to the other device. Then when I switch back the enable tickbox doesn't get ticked back. Manual selection does not work at all if I tick "Process all output streams". |

Basically, my setup is my headset, my soundbar and my TV. The bass on my soundbar is a little low so I increased the bass with the app. The problem now is that all my devices are affected by this. I want only audio streams that go through my soundbar to be affected as I am happy with my headset. How can I achieve this?
