Integration of Crosstalk

Crosstalk is a new method of linking htmlwidgets together in static html documents. Functionality is limited, and currently, it only works with the leaflet and d3scatter. I can't link to the exact plot I want, but it's on this page right above the "Filter" section. It has a graph linked to a marker leaflet plot.

A paired MDD plot and leaflet of count locations would be amazing. Highlight an outlier in the plot and it highlights on the map. I don't know if d3scatter can give us all the chart features we want, but it's worth looking into when we have time.
