User Story

The current design in Network Wrangler works as follows when there is a parallel managed lane project card: (1) it applies the roadway change, and (2) it moves any buses traveling on the general purpose lanes to the parallel managed lane. However, to trigger the second part, the parallel managed lane project card must have its category name coded as Parallel Managed Lanes (Lanes with a capital 'L')
The category name of all current managed lane project cards is coded as Parallel Managed lanes (lanes with a lowercase 'l'). This setting will only triggers Network Wrangler to perform the first part (applying the roadway change), and the second part (moving buses) never runs.

Resolution Ideas

Need to test the functionality of the second part by adding an extra step to standardize the letter case
