I've been using LBE Privacy Guard for all my (Android) life. But now that the SGS2 got 4.1.2 its crashing the system. That led me to OpenPDroid and to it's "setup instructions".
Is it possible for you to provide a path for certain stock-roms that can be easily installed from a zip by using the android service menue (vol+, home, power)?
I feel your pain. We want it to be easier and have some methods we are going to explore. But I warn you that it is not imminent.
We do not currently support stock roms. But if you are willing to try a custom rom (AOSP, CyanogenMod etc.) we can patch that rom rather quickly and easily with the Autopatcher.
If you have a Windows computer, there is an easy GUI that guides you through the process. Good luck, we will continue to try and ease the process as we grow.

It would be great to have a secured system again.
I rooted my system using this patch: http://www.androidayos.com/2013/02/09/philz-touch-v4-22-root-i9100xwlsd-samsung-galaxy-s2-gt-i9100-android-4-1-2-jelly-bean-update/
