Describe the bug
Updating my Spark Max to 25.0.0-prerelease.7 breaks PWM input. The device always flashes CAN error, and will not receive a PWM signal. Works properly with 24.0.1 FW.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a PWMSparkMax, with a spark max hooked up to PWM
  2. Try to drive the motor. It won't

Expected behavior
The motor should drive.
